Description: On May 14, 2020, Plaintiff was lawfully driving in Brooklyn when he was pulled over by officers. The officers searched plaintiff's vehicle and falsely claimed to have recovered a firearm in Plaintiff's possession. Defendants then falsely arrested and maliciously prosecuted plaintiff of gun possession charged. As a result Plaintiff was held until August 18,2020 with charges dismissed on November 23, 2020.

Description: On May 2, 2020, Plaintiff Oswald Hepburn was standing outside his sister's residence when NYPD officers were called to a nearby location to disperse a crowd. After Plaintiff's sister complained about the treatment of people in the crowd within earshot of NYPD officers from her doorway, Defendant Officers Lt. Bobo, Sgt.
