Description: On May 1, 2018, NYPD Detective Roberto Pagan and two other officers entered Plaintiff's home without a warrant or consent, on an "id-card" request dispatched by NYPD Detective John Serdaros. Officers then and unlawfully handcuffed and arrested her, approved by NYPD Lieutenant Commander Detective Joseph Perrotto.
