Description: On or about August 14, 2020, plaintiff was stopped and grabbed by the defendants who pulled out guns, seized and arrested the plaintiff without identifying themselves. The defendants pointed their weapons directly into the face of the plaintiff, who feared for his life. The defendants told the plaintiff they wouldn't be able to tell him why they were arresting him. Plaintiff was handcuffed and taken to a precinct where he was jailed. He was seized, fingerprinted, photographed and interrogated. The defendants took the plaintiff's phone and searched it.
