Complaint
Description: On August 6, 2021, Plaintiff was assaulted by a supermarket employee in Queens. Two unidentified NYPD officers approached plaintiff, who told them he was a victim of an assault. The police officers, however, grabbed plaintiff by the chest and threw him against the wall. He was unlawfully detained by these two unidentified officers. Defendant NYPD Officers Wong and Farrell later arrived and arrested plaintiff, throwing him in the back of a police car. Plaintiff was transported to a hospital for medical treatment before being taken to the police station and later arraigned. Charges were then dropped in November 2021.
