Complaint
Description: On or about October 6, 2021, PO Adams Mandiata, Asadur Khan, Steven Echevarria and others aggressively approached, assaulted, questioned and illegally detained Plaintifff, an African American male, without probable cause. Defendants arrested Plaintiff because of their racially discriminatory beliefs against African Americans. Plaintiff's state criminal case was dismissed.
On February 3, 2022, Plaintiff was falsely arrested, assaulted and battered by federal agents in his apartment. Plaintiff's second criminal case was dismissed in federal court on October 12, 2022.
