Description: On September 25, 2014, plaintiff Savalos Jack went to his bank, to engage in a transaction. When the transaction was concluded, he was informed that the bank had been robbed. A bank employee requested that he provide his personal identifying information before exiting, and an NYPD officer asked him if he had seen anything, and he told her he had not. Later, Jack went to his workplace, the Friends of Crown Heights Educational Center, Inc. While at work, Jack received a call from a police officer asking him about the robbery and stating that the officer wanted to go to his workplace to receive a statement from him.
