Description: On July 20, 2019, Plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, frisked, and searched by NYPD Officers, including Officers John Brennan, Anthony Cosenza, and Peter Behan after Plaintiff heard gunshots. Although the Officers did not recover any illegal drugs, weapons, or contraband in their search, they handcuffed Plaintiff and transported Plaintiff against his will to the precinct. At the precinct, Plaintiff informed the Officers that he did not know the source of the gunshots.
