Description: On October 14, 2013, plaintiff was out for a walk in his neighborhood after having arrived home from work. At the corner of 149th street and 21st avenue in Queens, an unmarked black motor vehicle pulled up next to him. Defendant POs jumped out of the vehicle and grabbed plaintiff.
Plaintiff was rearhandcuffed and placed in the vehicle. Plaintiff was accused of committing a shooting and charged with multiple felonies. All charges against plaintiff were subsequently dismissed.
