Description: On or about December 15, 2020, at approximately 1:00 a.m. in the vicinity of 73 Linden Street in Kings County, Plaintiffs Christina Alvarado and Keenan Brown were leaving Alvarado's mother's apartment, when Defendant NYPD Police Officers handcuffed and arrested Plaintiffs even though they were not committing any illegal acts. Plaintiffs were transported to the 83rd Precinct, placed in a holding cell for hours, before going to Central Booking.
