Description: On July 8, 2017, Plaintiff was lawfully within the vicinity of 745 E. 152nd St, Bronx, NY. Several NYC Police Officers, including defendants Caban, Cordero and Doe approached Plaintiff. Plaintiff was forced to the ground at gunpoint by defendant officers. The officers slammed Plaintiff into the ground.
