Description: On April 17, 2020, Plaintiff entered The Player's Cafe on Bleecker Street, which was open yet had no workers present on duty. Plaintiff called the manager and instigated an employee to be sent, then before he left four police officers arrived. Ignoring Plaintiff's pleas and the evidence of a not he left for the manager, the officers handcuffed and arrested Plaintiff. Two officers, Clinton and Doe 1, put him in the vehicle.
