Description: On or about March 13, 2020, plaintiff was approached by defendants, including defendants Ryan, Phipps and Doe with outstretched arms. Thereafter, plaintiff plaintiff’s face, body and chest were slammed by them onto the ground. Defendants Ryan, Phipps and Doe pressed their knee into plaintiff’s back.
