Description: On July 14, 2019, the plaintiff was in the intersection of Sherman Avenue and Dyckman Street in the county of New York when he was pulled over by defendant NYPD officers. He was targeted for his race, religion, and or national origin. Defendants questioned him if he had any drugs or guns in the car. The plaintiff truthfully admitted to having two guns in the car, however they were both licensed because he is an active-duty member of the United States Air Force and a United States Department of Defense Law Enforcement Officer.
