Description: On November 14, 2012, Plaintiff Raul Glasgow was driving in his car when POs Bonanno and Fragedis initiated a traffic stop and questioned Glasgow about the temporary plates on his car. Glasgow provided a valid New York state non-driver's ID as his license had been suspended. Bonanno and Fragedis removed Glasgow from the vehicle, searched him, and then searched the entire vehicle without a warrant. The search yielded no weapons, drugs, or other contraband. Description: On June 15, 2012, PO Andreas Sargent and Lieutenant Mauvin Bute were present near the scene of arrest in an unmarked NYPD vehicle. Then, without any reasonable basis or probable cause for doing so, police officers approached, stopped, searched and detained Plaintiff.
