Description: On September 8, 2018, at approximately 5:00 am, police officers illegally forcefully entered the home of Plaintiff who had previously been arrested on July 16, 2017 and then released on bail. The officers refused to provide a search warrant upon the Plaintiffs request, claiming they did not need one. Upon further asking for a warrant, the officers grew agitated and assaulted plaintiff while handcuffed.
