Description: Three plaintiffs were arrested outside their residence and taken to the 75th Precinct. Vanessa Scott, a mother of plaintiff L.S., went to the 75th Precinct but was not allowed to see her son. When she arrived home, she found multiple officers outsider her home and refused to grant them entry. Officers then proceeded to detain her outside her residence, and threatened her, stating that if they were forced to obtain a warrant they would ask for a SWAT team and increase the risk of damage to her property and any residents inside.
