Description: On September 17, 2014, Plaintiff was at Mount Saint Michael Academy, located at 4300 Murdock Avenue in Bronx, New York, from approximately 7:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. Plaintiff is a referee for the Metropolitan Football Officials Association and was there for a referee meeting. As he left, he walked toward his motorcycle, when he heard someone yell "put your hands up!" Plaintiff turned to see a Hispanic male, who later identified himself as Defendant P.O. Colon, and an unknown female. Defendant Colon drew a firearm and pointed it at Plaintiff's face, and again shouted for Plaintiff to put his hands up.
