Description: Defendant officers were called to a fight that was happening where Plaintiffs were present at the scene and trying to break it up. Officers then arrested the individuals fighting and aggressively arrested the Plaintiffs, yelled homophobic comments, and slapped one of them. Plaintiffs were taken to PSA 5 and were charged with obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct, which were later ACD'd.
