Complaint
Description: On November 29, 2011, at approximately 2:45 p.m., plaintiff had just left his Brooklyn apartment building and was on his way to pick up his 7-year-old son from school, when he was unlawfully stopped and questioned by defendant officers Wilson Gonzalez and Chaim Goldgrab. Despite lacking reasonable suspicion, the defendant officers detained plaintiff, frisked him, and issued him two summonses for disorderly conduct based on false allegations that he was being, inter alia, loud and boisterous. All charges against plaintiff were eventually dismissed on February 27, 2012.
