Description: On December 26, 2012, Plaintiff Maribel Gonzalez-Mosso Jimenez was hospitalized due to a fall in the bathroom in her home. Despite an examination that revealed no injuries to any other part of her body, testing which revealed that Mrs. Jimenez was hyperglycemic and diabetic, and repeated statements that she had simply fallen in the bathroom, Defendants Trowers, Cohen, Merritt and Cyracom Agent (“Hospital defendants”) conspired together and created false records for Mrs. Jimenez, stating that she reported she had been physically abused by her husband, plaintiff Patricio Jimenez.
