Description: On February 16, 2021, plaintiff Elijah Ewell was stopped, detained, and arrested at about 10:30 pm in the vicinity of Sound View Avenue and Watson Avenue in the Bronx by NYPD officers Daniel Ramos and Andrew Brown and NYPD Det. Sergt. Robert Vassallo.
