Description: On March 5, 2021, Plaintiff was at her mother’s home when she got into a verbal altercation with her sister. While in the bathroom, defendant NYPD officers, including Telli Gironcastellano, Mark Buono, Jorge Flores and other unknown PO, arrived at the apartment. While packing her items, Defendants became aggressive and combative with the Plaintiff, grabbing her by the coat and around her neck to pull her out of the apartment into the hallway. She was punched and her wig was removed, put in her mouth which suffocated her and violently handcuffed. Plaintiff suffered pain to her nose, face, and cheekbone.
