Description: On November 11, 2020, P.O. entered Plaintiff’s residence at 360 East 29th Street, Brooklyn. P.O. entered upon the Plaintiff’s residence without a warrant, permission, or consent and otherwise being justified. After P.O. entered Plaintiff’s residence, P.O. shot and killed Casper. Right after the killing of Casper, Plaintiff arrived at and attempted to enter his residence and render care to Casper. Then P.O. SUKHNANDAN and ADAMS seized Plaintiff, threw him to the grand, and placed Plaintiff tightly in handcuffs. The arrest was no probable cause. Due to a false statement, Plaintiff was maliciously prosecuted for a period of two months; Then, criminal proceedings were terminated favorably to Plaintiff.
