Description: On May 14, 2019, Det. Vincent F. Gannon notified the Federal Probation Officer of plaintiff that he had photographs of plaintiff entering banks where she allegedly cashed forged checks. Plaintiff met with Det. Gannon the following day and emphatically denied that she was the woman in the pictures and was in a different state at the time the photographs were taken. Det. Gannon still placed plaintiff under arrest knowing that plaintiff was innocent. Plaintiff was held in custody for over two days at Riker's Island. The charges were eventually dismissed on September 10, 2019 after plaintiff successfully completed a polygraph.
