Description: On June 2, 2020, Plaintiff was participating in a protest when members of the NYPD assaulted and arrested him without justification or probable cause. An officer struck the Plaintiff with a baton and placed excessively tight handcuffs. Although Plaintiff made a request for medical assistance for his head wound, the officers did not immediately comply or provide medical care. The illegally searched and arrested Plaintiff without probable cause and caused his bag to be no longer usable. Officers RONNIE FERNANDEZ and
