Description: On February 4, 2012, plaintiff was taken into the care, custody, and control of the New York City Police Department. Plaintiff was transported to and thereafter admitted into Flushing Hospital Medical Center for medical treatment because plaintiff experienced trouble breathing and a racing heartbeat. Plaintiff stayed at Flushing Hospital Medical Center from approximately 8:00 p.m. on February 4, 2012, through approximately 5:00 p.m., on February 9, 2012.
