Description: On June 5, 2020, plaintiff was stopped, searched, seized, arrested and detained pursuant to a warrant caused to be issued a day before by defendants BELLO, HENNESSY, MAHER and BENITEZ. Plaintiff was then caused to be forcibly removed by them to a precinct, where he was criminally processed, fingerprinted, photographed, strip-searched with an attendant cavity inspection and retina scanned.
