Description: Plaintiffs were attending a vigil when Defendant Officers arrested an individual related to Plaintiffs. Police began to disperse the crowd when Plaintiff Terryann, who was on crutches, was yelled at for moving slow, tackled, and beaten by Defendant Officers.
