Description: On January 6, 2014, plaintiff was in a restaurant when NYPD officers entered and ordered everyone to leave. Plaintiff left the restaurant, and on the sidewalk outside the restaurant, P.O.s Yeudy Castillo, William Smith, Grace Baez, and Daurys Gutierrez arrested plaintiff without probable cause. The P.O.s used excessive force and assaulted plaintiff. Plaintiff did not resist arrest. Plaintiff was taken to a precinct, where he was in custody for approximately 26 hours.
