Description: On July 8, 2019, Plaintiff was in his home asleep when PO Thomas Warkenthien and Corneliu Oshea entered his home, throwing Plaintiff on top of his mother, punching him and arresting him, causing severe injury. Then, on October 23, 2019, Plaintiff was in custody when he was viciously attacked by unidentified corrections officers, who left him without allowing him to be treated for his injuries. Plaintiff was then attached by inmates, because the area was not being properly monitored. The DOC officers did not take Plaintiff to several follow-up wound care appointments.
