Description: On November 30, 1994, the Plaintiff was arrested for questioning for a nearby murder. The plaintiff had disabilities and could not have run from the scene as described by the witnesses. The defendants provided false, misleading, and incomplete information to the DA. Exculpatory evidence was withheld, and the grand jury indicted the Plaintiff for murder, robbery, and weapons possession. On September 29, 1995, the jury convicted the Plaintiff of murder in the second degree and robbery in the first degree. On February 16, 1996, the court sentenced the plaintiff to 25 years for life.
