Description: On October 15, 2021, Plaintiff was standing outside, approximately 15 feet away from a group of individuals shooting dice, talking to his son's friends. Police Officers Isaiah Youngblood and unnamed officers approached Plaintiff, asking for his name and identification. Plaintiff asked why this was needed, but the officers did not respond. Instead, an officer grabbed Plaintiff, while another officer tased Plaintiff in the back. Plaintiff was handcuffed, taken to the precinct, and held for 6 hours before being taken to Central Booking.
