Description: On November 16, 2011, plaintiffs were lawfully present and asleep inside their apartment on Montauk Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. Plaintiff Oslyn Pompey is the mother and guardian of R.P., who was a 5 year-old female. Pompey and Naomi Sparman are sisters. Defendants kicked in the front door of the premises, stormed into the premises, without a warrant, and seized the plaintiffs at gunpoint. The adult plaintiffs were handcuffed and searched by the defendants, who then searched the premises.
