Description: On June 2nd, 2020, at approximately 8:00 p.m., Plaintiff was lawfully present in the vicinity of Dean Street and 4th Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, when the defendant police officer Brian Mejia-Morel and others (together the "defendants") unlawfully stopped, questioned, assaulted, battered, frisked and falsely arrested plaintiff without probable cause or legal justification. Plaintiff was alone and waiting for an uber to take him home. While he was walking and waiting a crowd of people began running in all directions around him the defendants approached him.
