Description: On April 30, 2014 plaintiff, a NYPD Office was arrested and charged with five counts of perjury and false instrument related charges. Approximately four and a half years prior Plaintiff participated in an undercover operation in which he and another NYPD employee stopped two individuals. During this stop the Plaintiff learned that the individuals were in possession of a large amount of cocaine. The individuals were arrested and plaintiff testified at both a grand jury hearing and pre-trial hearing. the criminal cases against the two individuals were ultimately dismissed.
