Description: On June 12, 2015, NYPD detectives Scott Cote, Michael Calloway, Paul Slater Victor Ortiz, Guillermo Gil, Michael Dominguez, Officer John Doe, and Sergeant Nicole Tirado executed a search warrant on Victor Ortiz's mother's apartment. Ortiz and his mother approached her apartment so that he could use the bathroom, when Tirado opened the door and asked the Plaintiff if he lived there. The Plaintiff answered that he used to live there, and pointed to a family portrait. The NYPD refused to allow him to use the restroom and ordered him to leave. Plaintiff's mother confirmed that she lived there and asked if Tirado had a warrant. Instead of answering, Tirado placed her in handcuffs. Plaintiff asked Det. Cote and Callo...
