Description: Incident One:
On June 22, 2014, the plaintiff was unlawfully arrested by the defendant Laclair. The plaintiff was translating a summons which was issued to another individual, but did not interfere with the arrest of the individual. In retaliation, the defendant Laclair arrested and issued a summons to the plaintiff, charging her with P.L. § 240.20 (5). The charges against the plaintiff were dismissed on August 27, 2014.
Incident Two:
