Description: On November 19th, 2016, Plaintiff was inside her residence. That morning, Defendant Officers Cummings, Baran, and Austin arrived at her residence and. began violently pounding on the door and hitting it with objects to incite fear in Plaintiff. Plaintiff suffers from autoimmune disease and multiple sclerosis, and the fear incited by Defendant officers exacerbated her symptoms. The front door and exterior of her residence was also damaged by the Defendant Officers.

Description: On November 16, 2013 plaintiff was residing in her home. Defendant officers, Anthony Cimmino, Craig Austin, and Theresa Hunt, entered plaintiff's home and began arresting one of plaintiff's family members. Defendant officers assaulted this individual, subjecting them to excessive force causing him to lose consciousness. Plaintiff asked the officers to stop assaulting her family member. Defendants detained the plaintiff without any legal justification or excuse. Defendant officers subjected plaintiff to excessive force by forcibly seizing her, twisting her arms behind her back, and striking her on the head and body.
