Description: On January 4, 2013, Plaintiff was lawfully present in his vehicle. PO Michael Urrita, PO James Doheny, PO Thomas Dunn, and other unknown officers opened his door and pulled him out of his vehicles. The officers then punched and beat Plaintiff, and handcuffed his arms tightly behind his head. The officers then continued to beat him and searched his vehicle without probable cause or any evidence. The officers then filled out knowingly false and misleading police reports, and gave false and misleading testimony about his arrest that Plaintiff had blocked a roadway, struck PO Doheny, and that they had recovered a knife from Plaintiff’s vehicle.
