Description: On May 1, 2020, Plaintiff was inside of his apartment when NYPD Officers including Lord Gomez knocked on Plaintiff’s door. Plaintiff answered the door and was informed by defendant officers that Plaintiff would need to come to the 49th Precinct for questioning. Plaintiff peacefully complied, and was placed in handcuffs and under arrest inside of his apartment. Defendant NYPD officers did not have a warrant for Plaintiff’s arrest or to search his apartment. Defendant NYPD Officers were fully aware through incontrovertible evidence that Plaintiff had committed no offenses and was not involved in the fight. All charges against Plaintiff were
dismissed and sealed on January 15, 2021.
