Description: On October 29, 2021, Plaintiff was lawfully present inside and driving her vehicle in Bronx, driving below the speed limit when Defendants, including KEVIN PEREIRA, JERRY CHOI, DARIAN WESLER and other unknown police officers, approached Plaintiff in their police vehicles and, using their police sirens and lights, pulled over and illegally stopped Plaintiff without probable cause or any legal justification whatsoever. Still without probable cause, they falsely accused Plaintiff to drive above the limit, request an ID and accused her of having fake/fraudulent tag.
