Description: On December 17, 2012, Plaintiff Peartree, with her infant son, was driving southbound on Grand Avenue in the Bronx. Plaintiff was looking for parking when she was forced to stop because an ambulance and police car were stopped in front of her. Plaintiff had no other way to move due to the cars parked on both sides of the road.
