Description: On September 12, 2021, Plaintiff was lawfully present in Brooklyn when the defendants, including JAMYANG LOBSANG and other unknown officers, tased and fractured the plaintiff's ankle without reason or probable cause to do .Defendants did stop, seize, search, assault and commit a battery and grab the person of the Plaintiff without a court authorized arrest or search warrant Thereafter, plaintiff was transported to Mount Sinai hospital where only his taser wounds were addressed due to the defendants claiming his ankle wasn't really hurt. He was then taken to the 28th precinct and after many complains finally transported to Harlem Hospital for the fracture.
