Description: On July 24, 2022, a vehicle operated by the defendants, including RYAN COFFARO, DONALD FROST and other unknown police officers, came into contact with the motor vehicle operated by the plaintiff on a public highway, thereby causing severe personal injuries to plaintiff. The accident was due solely and wholly as a result of the careless and negligent manner in which the defendants owned, operated, maintained, controlled and managed their motor vehicle without this plaintiff in any way contributing thereto.
