Description: On March 7, 2011, Plaintiff was falsely arrested and imprisoned for allegedly raping his minor, psychiatrically infirm sister. A month prior to his arrest, his sister had told a social worker at school that she was depressed because she had been raped by Plaintiff a year prior in January or February 2010. Detective Michael Rama of the NYPD Manhattan Special Victims Squad interviewed the alleged victim and her cousin and aunt, both of whom confirmed she had told them she had been raped but had not specified by who.
