Description: On or about February 8, 2020, plaintiff was forcibly stopped and seized by defendants NYPD officers, including ALLAN WARD and BENJAMIN PEREZ, without probable cause or reasonable suspicion. Defendants searched, handcuffed, and arrested plaintiff without a warrant and without probable cause or
reasonable suspicion. Plaintiff was confined at the precinct and Central Booking and maliciously prosecuted knowing that Plaintiff did not commit any crime, especially they stated that Plaintiff possessed controlled substance, narcotic drug with the intent to sell.
Finally, on June 22, 2021, all criminal charges against plaintiff were
dismissed and the criminal proceeding terminated in plaintiff’s favor.
