Description: On or around February 2016, the plaintiff was a Lieutenant assigned to the School Safety Uniform Task Force. At this time, defendant Cirabisi requested that the plaintiff be transferred to the Chief of Department Investigation Review Section, Vehicle Identification Unit. The plaintiff alleges that defendant Cirabisi had received numerous complaints about Detective Donald Hoehl in the Vehicle Identification Unit acting unprofessional and abusive towards other employees and failing to perform his duties.
