Description: On February 22, 2021 Plaintiff was in the vicinity of Olinville Avenue and East 216th Street in the Bronx, when Defendant Officers approached Plaintiff for no reason and stopped, searched, and detained him in an aggressive and excessive manner. Plaintiff was falsely arrested, remained incarcerated for over 24 hours, and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against him were dismissed.
