Description: On October 8, 2011, PO JEAN-MARIE and DESIDERATO unlawfully stopped, questioned, and frisked Plaintiff, who was lawfully sitting on a private bench across from 107 Barker Street, Staten Island. Shortly thereafter, PO JOHN DOE 1-2 approached the Plaintiff and unlawfully issued the Plaintiff summons with a guilty plea of disorderly conduct. On May 30, 2012, the summons was dismissed.
On May 27, 2012, the Plaintiff was the innocent victim of a shooting on Staten Island and was rushed to Richmond Univ. Medical Center. While in the hospital, POs arrested Plaintiff.
