Description: On the first incident Officer Castillo falsely charged Plaintiff with Public Lewdness and one count of Exposure of a Person. On a second incident Officer Rocha falsely charged Plaintiff with Occupying Multiple Seats on a Transit Facility Subway or Bus. Both times the charges were ACD'd and Plaintiff has yet to get some of his property back.
